Q: How do I purchase any piece shown available for sale?
Here's how it works :-) Above each image is the design name, a price and a link that eloquently says "MINE MINE MINE" (LOL). To purchase the piece or to ask a question click the Mine mine mine link and send me an email ~ please note the design name in email subject line.
**If you desire more info on any design shown you'll find that in a text section below all the images that provides details on each design.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
*Shipping is an additional 3.00 for US Domestic first class parcels.
US Domestic Priority is 5.00
To Canada:
Canada 3.00 US for first class and 11.00 US if global priority is requested
International shipping:

**I do my utmost to keep all shipping prices noted here current and updated.
If by odd chance prices rise prior to my updating them here, I will alert you and give you the option to proceed or cancel the order with current postage fees.
(I charge only actual postage - never any packing or handling charges,
only actual postage as levied by the carriers.)
**I know it's not a cheery topic but if you're an
international buyer you need to be aware that the customs forms required
for international shipping will be filled out accurately.
The fines alone to do otherwise are severe -
so I know you'll understand I can not/won't mark parcels
as gift or sample or adjust the item(s) value.
It's also a good idea to check with your local customs to see
what (if any) fees, taxes etc may be levied on any given
purchase so there are no unhappy surprises.
I mention all this as, from time to time these issues arise.
Please know I love to ship internationally to the countries noted below
(it's just that the rules are the rules - thanks again for understanding)!
At this time I ship internationally to UK, AU, Japan
First class international shipping the cost is $3.00 US funds..
International priority shipping is currently $11.00 US for Global Priority.
Q: Do I pay sales tax?
*Buyers in NYS will need to remit sales tax.
What forms of payment are accepted?
*Pay by Check, MO, or PAYPAL
What guarantee do you offer?
*If (GASP!) you're not happy, I'M not happy!!
Every purchase fully guaranteed, full purchase price refunded upon item returning in original unused condition.
What are your use and care instructions?
*Remember many of these items are created with ART GLASS BEADS which while fully annealed do yet require gentle wear and care . Some designs contain small beads, parts, pearls,gemstones. It is my recommendation that none of these pieces be worn/used by children of any age..
Q: Do you accept commissons?
As time allows, I do!
Depending upon the complexity of the commissions there is a
30-50% non-refundable deposit for materials and studio time.
Be it a piece of jewelry, sculpture, single or multiple pieces
the client and I discuss the project & any images, notes
color samples are exchanged. Next an estimated price and
estimated completion date are agreed upon.
At this point the deposit fee is determined
and once paid studio work begins!
As the work progresses I shoot approval images and email
them to the client for approval or alteration input.
Each commission design estimate includes two changes in the design.
(Additional changes beyon the two included are priced at 25.00 per change).
At any point up to final payment and shipment
the client may cancel the commission.
** (tho the initial deposit will be retained to cover cost
of materials and studio time to the point of cancellation.
:-) I'm pleased to share the fact I've never had a commission cancelled :-)
